Most people do this in about ten minutes. If you need assistance, we’ll walk you through it.
A clean shot from a good smartphone with a pleasant smile is perfect. One is all we need. But if you have two or three photos you like, send those too, and we’ll use them on your About and booking pages. We retouch, enhance, and swap backgrounds if the design calls for it. We’ll send you our photography tip sheet during onboarding so you get the best results.
Thirty minutes, and we do the typing.
The checklist you got with your template is thorough, and thorough can feel overwhelming. You don’t fill it out alone. We fill it out together, in one session.

No. Plenty of coaches sign their first clients through conversations, workshops, and referrals before a site exists. A website helps when you’re ready for people to find you, check you out, and book you without a phone call. If you’re there, let’s talk. If you’re not yet, keep coaching. We’ll be here.
Three things. Pick your website name and buy the domain at GoDaddy or another provider (we recommend GoDaddy, and we’ll help if you’d like). Send us a photo of yourself. Show up to a 30-minute onboarding session and answer our questions. That’s the whole list.
You don’t need them. One clean photo from a good smartphone works beautifully. We retouch it, enhance it, and change the background if the design calls for it. We’ll even send you our photography tip sheet. We do strongly recommend at least one photo of you, though. Coaching is personal. What people are really choosing is you and the support you offer, and that connection is hard to make with a stock image.

Yes, and we recommend it. Most coaches do best starting with Essentials or Pro. Once you’re growing and have a clearer picture of who your ideal client is and what your business really needs, call us. We’ll help you move up one step at a time, building on what you have.
No. It does tell us you’re ready to talk about getting your website off your plate, so we’ll come prepared. We’ll ask where you are in your coaching business, walk you through the four ways we launch coaches, and recommend a starting point. If it feels like a fit, we’ll get you set up right then. If it doesn’t, no hard feelings. We only want to work with coaches who want to work with us.
